Bought a mercedes sprinter off here a few weeks ago. Dealt with Louis and and his father, two nice men and good to deal with! Everything was 100% great van and was exactly what Louis said it would be. Easy to deal with and made the whole sale easy and straight forward. I contacted Ideal Commercials on a Tuesday afternoon and spoke to Louis, who was very helpful from the start. Just 30 minutes after our phone call, the van was already out on the forecourt ready for me to view.

From there, Louis handled everything quickly and professionally. He sorted the van, finance documents, and all the details without any delays. His communication was clear and consistent, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even responded to my messages outside of normal working hours, which I really appreciated.

By Thursday, the van was ready for collection. Louis had arranged the finance, sorted the tax, and made sure the van was cleaned and fully checked in the workshop.
