Our click and collect service is designed to be as straightforward and convenient as possible:

Step 1 - Reserve Your Vehicle

First, place a £500 fully refundable deposit* to secure your chosen vehicle through our website. This ensures the vehicle is held exclusively for you.

Step 2 - Schedule Your Collection

Next, arrange a convenient collection date and time with our team. This allows us to properly prepare your vehicle and ensure all documentation is ready for a smooth handover.

Step 3 - Complete Your Purchase

Lastly, before collection day, simply complete your payment via bank transfer. When you arrive, you'll find your vehicle fully prepared, with all paperwork ready and the keys waiting for you to drive away.

Payment and Reservations:

Q: What is the reservation fee?

A: The fee to reserve one of our commercial vehicles is £500, which is fully refundable if the vehicle is not as described. This fee becomes part of your deposit if you proceed with the purchase.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept most major cards including Visa and MasterCard. You can pay the reservation fee either online through our secure website or over the phone with one of our sales team. 

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Absolutely. All our reserve online payments are processed using secure industry-standard encryption software through trusted payment providers.

Vehicle Collection and Changes:

Q: Can I add extras like a warranty?

A: Yes, you can! All of our commercial vehicles come with 3-month warranty coverage for free and we also offer extended warranty options to protect your vehicle beyond this initial cover. 

Call our sales team to discuss the options available and add products to your order - we'll be happy to explain all the choices to you.

Q: What if I change my mind about the vehicle?

A: If you're not satisfied with the vehicle, we'll refund your £500 reservation fee in full.
