Top Marks all round

I can't overstate how happy I am with this trader. The vehicle was absolutely immaculate. Better than advertised. Louis gave me a superb trade in on my 4 series and no haggling or messing once I got there. It was a 4.5hr drive up from Cornwall and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. In fact, after my experiences with many other traders over the years, I am very likely to call Louis first. It's worth the investment in time for me to know that what I'm buying will be superb, my trade in value will be unbeatable and there will be no hassle whatsoever. I fired Louis a question about the vehicle once I got home, it was about 10pm and I wasn't expecting a reply until next day. He replied! At 10pm! Legend. Absolute top marks all-round here!!
